Every time you bend at the hips, you’re stretching the bladder meridian. It is a long energy channel beginning from the inner eye, moving up and over the head, continues down the back side of the body, behind the legs and ends at the pinky toe. In this week’s session with Grandmaster Michael Leone, he taught two ways in which to strengthen and stretch the spine which in turn strengthens and stretches the bladder meridian.
